Audit the Entire Guest Lifecycle

Allowing non-internal users access to the internet, and in some case the internal network, requires a level of audit and accounting to protect the organization in the event of malicious activity. The Guest Manager records and audits the entire guest process from, who created the guest accounts, when the guest accounts were used, all the way through to what the guest did whilst they were on the network.

Record All Information About Guest Sessions

Guest Manager listens to accounting and audit information provided by the network. From RADIUS accounting of the guests by the access device all the way through to recording syslog information from devices like routers, switches, firewalls and proxy servers. Guest Manager correlates all the information so that you can run a simple query to locate a guest and see exactly what they did while connected.

Easily Create Custom Reports

In addition to reports for audit purposes, Guest Manager provides the ability to run custom reports to find out details on any aspect of guest access, from information required by the IT or Security department, all the way through to canned management reports.

Management Reporting Of Your Guest Network

Guest Manager provides a number of customisable management reports so that statistics on the guest network can be easily viewed.

This includes being able to see utilization of the guest network, who created the most guest accounts, how many guests were created, in which locations they accessed the network and for how long.
