Integrate With Your Network Devices

Guest Manager integrates with your existing network devices to provide authentication and access for your guest users. Working alongside the network infrastructure means that you don’t need to deploy an overlay network for your guests, or place additional devices inline in the network. 

Standards based protocols such as RADIUS and SNMP, or Web APIs, are used between the Guest Manager and network devices. This provides a tight integration which enables a seamless experience for provisioning, management and reporting, regardless of the devices used.
 
Common network devices supported include Wireless Controllers, LAN Switches, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, NAC systems and many others.
Customized Guest Portal

Providing a professional guest portal is part of your companies image and brand. Regardless of the way that they access the network you need to provide a professional and consistent image. Some network devices provide the ability to customize the guest portal and some don’t, regardless of this fact it can be a problem having to keep portals on multiple devices consistent and up to date.

Guest Manager provides a centralized guest portal that can be fully customized to your requirements. All network devices redirect to this portal so that you only need to make changes in a single place and the same look and feel applies regardless of how guests access the network. 

You may also require additional functionality from the guest portal that is not delivered in the network access devices. Commonly these devices provide only authentication and in some instances show an acceptable use policy. Guest Manager allows you to provide many additional features in the guest portal such as Authentication, Acceptable Use Policies, Change Password, Guest Self Registration and Billing Support for paid accounts.
