Enforce your security policy

Guest Manager enables you to fully configure the policy on how guest accounts are created so that you can enforce your security policy.

As an administrator you have the ability to configure policies to:

  • Specify exactly the details you want to capture for accounts to be created: name, company, email, phone number or any custom details you want.
  • Describe how the guests username will be created, from their email address, full name or randomly generated with a complexity you specify.
  • Configure how the password for the guest account is created. Specify the length and number of alpha, numeric and special characters that it should be randomly generated from.
Give the Sponsor Interface Your Corporate Look

Customizing the sponsor interface allows you to provide a consistent view to your end users. This customization can be performed entirely by selecting settings within the administration interface. The following options are provided to

  • Changing the logo of the sponsor interface
  • Changing the theme used to change the look of the application, layout and colours
  • Modify the text of any part of the sponsor interface
Custom Interface Design Available

If you require further interface customization, Identity Network provides an Advanced Services option where the development team will deliver an interface theme that meets your complete look and feel requirements. This option is perfect for organizations who want all web applications to look and feel the same regardless of who created them. The interface theme is delivered so that it can be easily uploaded into the production Guest Manager software.
